The Certified Lean Manufacturing Operations Professional/Manager (CLMOP)™/(CLMOM)™ certification program is a specialized and globally recognized qualification designed for professionals dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes through lean principles, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. In today’s competitive industrial environment, organizations must deliver high-quality products at lower costs and with shorter lead times to remain competitive. This program equips participants with the tools, techniques, and strategies to implement lean manufacturing systems that enhance efficiency, maximize value, and drive sustainable business growth.
Lean manufacturing goes beyond cost-cutting—it is a systematic approach to identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Participants in this program will explore core lean principles such as value stream mapping, 5S workplace organization, Kaizen continuous improvement, Just-in-Time (JIT) production, and Kanban systems. The curriculum also covers advanced topics including Six Sigma integration, cellular manufacturing, pull production systems, and total productive maintenance (TPM). By blending lean methodologies with data-driven decision-making, the (CLMOP)™/(CLMOM)™ certification ensures professionals can design and lead manufacturing processes that deliver consistent quality, shorter cycle times, and optimized resource utilization.
Whether leading plant-wide lean transformation initiatives, streamlining production lines, or managing multi-site manufacturing operations, graduates of the (CLMOP)™/(CLMOM)™ program will be equipped to implement robust lean systems, engage employees in continuous improvement, and align manufacturing operations with organizational objectives. They will gain the ability to balance productivity with flexibility, integrate Industry 4.0 technologies into lean systems, and ensure lean principles remain sustainable over the long term. This combination of technical skill and leadership capability positions certified professionals to significantly improve operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain competitive advantage in evolving global markets.
