The Certified Rooms Division Operations Professional/Manager (CRDOP)™/(CRDOM)™ certification program is a specialized and globally recognized qualification designed for professionals responsible for the smooth and efficient management of a hotel’s rooms division. This program equips participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in front office operations, housekeeping, reservations, revenue management, and guest service coordination.

The curriculum also covers advanced topics like yield management, online distribution channel optimization, guest feedback analysis, and service recovery strategies. Emphasis is placed on blending operational detail with strategic insight to ensure consistent service excellence in both leisure and business segments.
Whether managing a boutique property, overseeing the rooms division for a large resort, or directing multiple properties, graduates of the (CRDOP)™/(CRDOM)™ program will be able to implement effective operational systems, coordinate cross-departmental teams, and respond proactively to changing guest needs.
